ClinX Academy LLC is not a law firm and is separate from the independent law firm that provides any legal services. That firm is identified privately before you authorize payment or sign an engagement.

This website is for authorized adult representatives of United States businesses evaluating Practice Lattice services. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site lawfully.

No legal relationship from website use

Website content is general information, not legal advice. Submitting a request, scheduling a call, or receiving an email does not create an attorney-client relationship. Only the law firm can determine conflicts and accept a legal engagement through a separate, approved engagement process.

Service requests

A public Formation request starts a conflicts-review workflow. The law firm must clear conflicts and confirm the exact commercial scope. If engaged, counsel will help determine the appropriate primary PC state during Formation. You will have an opportunity to review exact commercial and platform terms before any payment authorization.

No PHI

Do not submit protected health information, patient-identifying information, or patient-specific clinical information anywhere in the website, intake, platform, email, or support channels.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep credentials secure. Do not probe, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, or use the service to violate another person’s rights. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, or law.
