Cancellation and refunds
A plain-language overview. The exact accepted offer and counsel-approved engagement control if they differ.

Formation before activation
If an authorized cancellation closes a paid Formation onboarding before activation, Practice Lattice keeps access closed, stops the remaining scheduled charges, coordinates a full customer refund, and reverses the full ClinX application fee.
Formation after activation
After activation, any refund for a completed charge is governed by the exact accepted offer, counsel-approved engagement, and applicable law, including the Firm's determination of earned work and nonrecoverable filing or third-party costs. Once an authorized cancellation of remaining scheduled charges is confirmed, Practice Lattice does not create later charges in that canceled plan.
Practice Operations
Cancellation of future Practice Operations charges ordinarily takes effect at the paid-through boundary without automatic proration, except where required by law or expressly stated in accepted terms.
