Formation engagement

For conflicts or Formation-engagement questions, email info@practicelattice.com. Existing clients can find their Firm contact after signing in. Do not send confidential details until the Firm confirms how they should be transmitted.

Privacy and security

Email info@practicelattice.com with “Privacy request” or “Security report” in the subject line. Do not include PHI in any support message.
